June Birth Flowers Botanical Illustration, Rose and Honeysuckles

This is a fine art print of my original color-pencil drawing of June in my birth-month floral series. A rose accompanied by honeysuckles represents the flora that blooms throughout the month!

Each print is 8x10 inches and matted in 11x14 photo board, signed, stamped and hand-packed.

I chose pink for this rose because it isn't quite as romantic as a red rose and I felt like with the yellows of the honeysuckles sprouting up from behind the accompanying oranges and pinks are reminiscent of early summer sunsets. I feel like I could smell this drawing while coloring it, all I can think about is the sweet smell of roadside honeysuckles in the summer!
