November Birth Flowers Botanical Illustration, Chrysanthemums

This is a fine art print of my original color-pencil drawing of November in my birth-month floral series. Chrysanthemums are the only flower that represents the flora blooming throughout the month!

Each print is 8x10 inches and matted in 11x14 photo board, signed, stamped and hand-packed.

It was tricky to think of a composition that still looked like two different flowers even though its just two different colored mums. I think the leaves were a favorite part of this drawing though as they had so many veins and different shapes in them versus what I'm used to! Maroon and yellow just seemed like the perfect combination for this autumn month!
